Purpose

ServiceSphere helps solo trades and small service crews manage clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, photo proof, signatures, reminders, PDFs, messages, and local data exports from an Android device.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into ServiceSphere, including client details, job details, quotes, invoices, taxes, discounts, totals, notes, photos, signatures, and messages.

You are responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices, PDFs, exports, and client messages before sending or sharing them.

No Professional Advice

ServiceSphere is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for confirming that your records, tax rates, invoice language, payment terms, and business processes meet your own business, accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Subscriptions

ServiceSphere may offer optional Pro subscription features. Subscription details, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and trial availability must be finalized in Google Play and RevenueCat before release.

Local Data

ServiceSphere stores core records locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device, backups, exports, PDFs, and any content shared with other apps or clients. ServiceSphere does not currently provide cloud backup or cloud sync.

Availability and Changes

Features may change over time. Some functionality may depend on Android device capabilities, Google Play services, RevenueCat configuration, notification permission, camera access, PDF/share target apps, or other installed apps.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ServiceSphere is provided without guarantees that it will meet every business, legal, tax, accounting, or operational requirement. The app owner is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or issues caused by inaccurate user-entered information, device failure, deleted local records, or third-party services.
