Information You Enter
ServiceSphere may store information that you choose to enter into the app, including:
- Business profile details
- Client contact details
- Job details and notes
- Quote and invoice data
- Photos added as job proof
- Client signatures
- Reminder settings and scheduled reminder data
- Generated PDF files
- Exported JSON or CSV files
Local Storage
ServiceSphere is offline-first: records are saved locally first and remain available without an account or internet connection. Signing in, cloud backup, and automatic sync are optional and disabled until you enable them. When enabled, Firebase Authentication identifies the account, Cloud Firestore may process structured records, and Firebase Storage may process supported photos and signatures. Google/Firebase processes this cloud data under its own terms. ServiceSphere does not implement end-to-end encryption.
Generated PDFs and data export files are created locally on your device. If you choose to share those files or messages through Android's share sheet, the selected receiving app or service may process that information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are enabled, purchase and subscription status may be handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. ServiceSphere may use subscription status to unlock Pro features. Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase-related data according to their own policies.
Data Sharing
ServiceSphere does not sell personal data. Core local business records are not automatically shared. Data is shared only when you choose to export, send, or share content from the app, or when subscription services are used for purchase verification.
Export and Deletion
ServiceSphere includes in-app tools to export local data and to delete local records from the device. Signing out or disabling sync stops future synchronization but leaves local data on the device and does not delete cloud data. Cloud-data deletion is not currently available in the app. Deleting local data may not remove files or messages already shared with other apps, services, clients, or cloud backups.
Security
Because ServiceSphere stores records locally, you are responsible for protecting access to your device, backups, exported files, and shared PDFs/messages. Use your device lock screen and avoid sharing exports with untrusted recipients.
Changes
This policy may be updated before or after release. The current version should be hosted at the privacy policy URL used in Google Play Console.
